Lise
has been a professional jeweler for 15 years. Working mainly in silver
and gold with a special interest in glass bead making. She studied glass
for one year at Urban Glass, New York. PERSONAL

DI FIORE Miriam, was born in Argentina.
After many years of experience as a potter she moved to Milan (1983)
where she now practices glassmaking. After having worked in interior
design, she became involved in sculpture, and displayed her works in
numerous exhibitions in Italy and abroad (Buenos Aires, Tokyo, Moscow).
She holds courses for professional glass workers in Spain and Thailand,
and collaborates with Narcissus Quagliata in teaching and working with

FRIZZARIN
Mariateresa, learned pottery in Faenza, following classes on throwing
and traditional decoration of majolica; studies also in Spain where
practice high temperature techniques. She is now a profesional potter
in Turin.
GALLENI
Riccardo, from Pietrasanta, is a sculptor and an etcher. He taught at
the Academy in Carrara (were he also studied) and he is now head of
engraving at the Academy in Milan. His many works are to be found in
several museums and collections even abroad. He has worked a lot in
Scandinavian countries.
MARCASSOLI
Nives, works and lives in Pavia, where runs a workshop of various glass
techniques. Specialized in glass fusing, she worked together with various
glass artists, such as Tom Rowney, Jorg Kleiner and Miriam Di Fiore.
MOLHO Josette, is a professional jeweller of French origin.
She run for long time a workshop in Rome (Trastevere). Her style is
much involved in ethnical athmosphere; her preferred metal is silver,
worked with the technique of "cire perdue", with which she
produces rings, bracialets and other various necklaces with a mix of
modern and tribal influence. Her pieces appear often in films for cinema
and television. Now she lives both in Rome and Sorano. images
MONTEFIORE Ulrico. Artist who has worked inernationally, having
had his own sudios in Lodon and New York. Lecturer at the College of
art and Crafts of Kingston upon Hull (GB); uccessively lecturer at the
City Literary Institute of Londra and visiting professor and artist
in residence at over fifty American universities.

PIZZOL Sante, after attending many studio workshops, he founded
his own Studio in Milan, in 1960 which is one of the most prestigious
centers for the production of artistic stained glass. His works are
to be found in several foreign countries (mainly in Japan). He has been
awarded many prizes for his works and he is often asked to collaborate
with cultural media programmes. In 1993 he wrote a handbook on glass.PERSONAL

PUCCITELLI
Mauro was born at Cingoli (MC) in 1952; in 1971 he takes the degree
at the Accademia di Belle Arti of Pesaro in painting techniques, From
1973 He teaches painting and applied arts in several High Art Schools,
now at Macerata. Since 1982 he starts working with glass, getting deeper
with most of the glass techniques, as blowing, fusing and stained glass.
But the lamp working techniques are his favourites and the ones in which
he achieves greatness. He attends several glass workshops in Murano
and collaborates with various Masters of glass. He use to participte
to exhibitions and public demonstratins all over Italy. He lives and
works in Macerata (Marche). images

SOLA Andrea, after graduating in philosophy in Venice in 1980
began working as a ceramist in Sorano in Tuscany where he opened his
own workshop. After an in depth study of the various techniques of majolica
molding and firing, he founded the Studio Pandora, creating a Summer
School which has been operating since 1983. In 1985 he worked as a ceramist
in California. In 1986 he opened a new branch of the Studio Pandora
in Turin which, in addition to holding courses on the various applications
of ceramics techniques, also incorporated a gallery for the exhibition
of ceramic sculpture. Since 1990 he has been the artistic director of
the "Art and Handcraft Summer Courses" of Pandora Cultural Association.
He is also the director of the Arts and Crafts magazine "Pandora". images
TAMASSIA Sergio, painter and graphic artist from Florence, has
been active since 1967. He has travelled and worked in various countries
throughout Europe and the USA. He is especially interested in methods
of teaching art, and has founded a painting school in Florence. His
most recent personal exhibitions have taken place in Venice, Germany,
Holland and Austria. He lives and works in Sorano where follows pojects
on visual arts education for children in primary schools of the area.

TRIPALDI Luca is a potter now working in Turin. He is also working
as scenography builder, expert in different plastic materials (Tearro
regio of turin, Arena of Verona, Spoleto Festival). He had long working
eperiences in Spain and France in the field of stoneware and porcelain.

VOGHERA Massimo. Graduated at the Accademia
di Belle Arti in Turin, he is teacher of scenography at the Accademia
di Belle Arti in Bologna and Turin. Since 18 years he works as painter
scenographer at the Royal Theatre, at the Teatro Stabile in Turin, the
Theatre Donizzetti of Bergamo and others. He also cooperate with various
architectural and design studio to study and realize wall painting projects.
